Reiki  (pronounced ray’-key) is an alternative form of therapy that complements any type of medical care. An ancient form of energy medicine, Reiki is used in hospitals and clinics around the world.  Reiki is perfect for those wanting to regain balance; reduce stress; ease mental, emotional and physical pain; and for caretakers and anyone in the medical, psychological or physical therapy professions. Reiki energy assists us in reconnecting with our inner wisdom and the innate intelligence of the healer within.

The Japanese word Reiki means “Universal Life Force Energy”  or spiritually-guided life force energy.  We are all born with Reiki energy but we have forgotten how to access it.  Linda is a Reiki Master Teacher attuned to the Reiki energy who can help you reconnect with this amplified energy through a gentle, relaxing technique.

Reiki is not a religion or a belief system. Rather, it is a method of working with our vibrational being and inner wisdom to bring about changes in the mental, emotional and physical bodies. Reiki energy works in alignment with individual needs. As a result, the effects of Reiki therapy are as diverse as the beings on this planet.  Reiki is now practiced widely in both medical and non-medical fields around the world. While it is not a substitute for regular medical care, it provides a perfect complement to traditional medical practices. There are two ways to experience Reiki energy:

Reiki Therapy Session

By treating yourself to a Reiki therapy session, you receive a full-body alignment with Reiki energy. This energy works with your inner wisdom to identify what, where and how much cleansing and adjustment are needed within your mental, emotional and/or physical bodies. The session runs about 90 minutes.

Reiki Attunement

By receiving a Reiki Attunement, you become “attuned” to the high-frequency Reiki energy. Attunements open the doorway to this energy resource and you acquire the life-long ability to access the energy for yourself and to assist others.

There are three levels of Reiki Attunements available through simple training and practice. If desired, the final training includes instruction on how to open this doorway and attune others to this incredible energy therapy technique.
